Golf’s Top Tweets of the Week

With the PGA Tour season over, if only for a short time, the golf world settled in to Dublin, OH for this years President’s Cup. This President’s Cup would end the same way as the last four, the American’s winning for the fifth straight time. This Cup was never in jeopardy. The Americans led 14-8 heading into Sunday, needing to only win 4 out of 12 of the singles matches. They did just that, with Tiger sealing the deal with a 1-up win over the South African, Richard Sterne. Let’s take a look back at the top Tweets of the Week.

Jordan Spieth seems to love the spotlight, and enjoyed his ace during the practice round. Not wanting to be outdone, Tiger birdied the next 2 holes.

It’s amazing to think that Lefty has competed in every President’s Cup. He sure has enjoyed a lot of winning.

I really enjoy watching the camaraderie between these two. It’s fun to watch guys that know how to compete and have fun.

Quite possibly the best trophy case you will ever see.

It’s good to see President Bush hanging with the guys. He’s as patriotic as they come, and a big golf fan.

Another group of guys that know how to have fun. Louis Oosthuizen and Charle Schwartzel sporting their gameday wigs.

Now we know why Fred has such a good record in the President’s Cup.

Something you won’t see every day, Tiger Woods with a squirrel on his shoulder.

The internationals really travel well. Adam Scott celebrates with them here.

Hunter Mahan and family seem to be enjoying their win. I wonder if they gave the baby a bath in the cup?

I’m pretty sure noone else will be using a NASCAR trophy for a ball marker. Kevin Harvick using his trophy from his win at Kansas for a ball marker.

A big shoutout to @BuffaloBills34 for his donation to the Bunkers Paradise Charity Golf Tournament. We appreciate your support. That’s it for Top Tweets of the Week. Have a great week, and hit em straight.
