LOOKS:
If you’re looking for a good quality pair of socks, this is as good as it gets. These socks are simple, but sharp, with a sport inspired design on the top of your foot. If anything, the black striped design that tapers down to your toes give you an inspired look of performance, so if you need to look the part to feel the part, these are a step in the right direction.
FEEL:
These socks are made of a high quality wool/bamboo material; they feel smooth, soft and thick. My first impression was that they felt stout. Although these socks are very light, the best way to describe them is to call them heavy-duty. They give you the feeling that they will last a very long time, which gives you the confidence to complete a round of golf in comfort.
PERFORMANCE:
Actually, I had the chance to use this product for several rounds of golf. The fabric is tightly woven and very elastic. They did a great job at staying snug throughout the entire round without riding down to my heel like other socks do. Take in mind that these are short ankle socks. I played with them under pretty hot and humid weather (90+ degrees) and the socks kept my feet very cool and dry. The best feature of this product is the ability to stay cool in hot weather. If you tend to walk courses, you will be quite happy with these socks.
OVERALL:
These are a high quality performance sock. Great feel from wool/bamboo material. They are light, snug and unnoticeable. They stay cool and dry under hot conditions and especially when taking on an extra long course. Although, they might not shave strokes off your score, these socks will make your feet absolutely happy.
With the price at around $20, the high build quality and comfort of these socks ensure a long useful life, so there is tremendous value if you’re considering optimizing the efficiency of your golf attire.
