Scotty Cameron Studio Select Putter Review
There are some good looking putters and there are some good looking clubs, the Scotty Cameron Studio Select Putter is the latter. This is a club that looks remarkable and performs admirably on the course. The main selling point for the Scotty Cameron Studio Select Putter is going to be its appearance, but its specifications and performance are certainly nothing to turn your nose at. It is a solid customizable putter that is going to allow the user to modify it enough to fit them comfortably, and the Scotty Cameron Studio Select features removable weights that let you fine-tune your putter to give you optimum performance.
The design of the Scotty Cameron Studio Select putter is one of the most spectacular things about it. The three, striking red dots are a blast from the past, but this club is one hundred percent Studio Select. There are two different headstyles of the Scotty Cameron Studio Select, the Newport and the Newport2. The Newport is a little smoother while the Newport2 is a tad bit bulkier and is a little more on the blockier side. Both styles, however, share the same dashing look that is one of the most impressive features of the club.
While I have spent most of this review talking up the appearance of the Scotty Cameron Studio Select Putter, but to be fair that is not the only thing that makes this putter a good choice. The putter has a tremendous, powerful feel to it that gives the user confidence on the course. While it may seem heavy to some, others will find it stern and stable, two traits that are generally sought after in a putter. We all know that putting is the most important aspect of the game of golf, and the Scotty Cameron Studio Select is going to make you feel more confident on the green.
