Mizuno JPX Series

Many companies are known for coming out with new lines of clubs only to abandon them the next year in pursuit of something better. It appears that Mizuno has followed that trend with their latest JPX series, which has been manufactured as a replacement for the MX series. After Mizuno announced they were dumping the MX series many longtime users questioned the decision. However, once they announced the JPX was waiting in the wings those questions seemed to disappear.

When promoting their new JPX series Mizuno was careful not to drive away the users who were so fond of the MX clubs. They did their best to reassure everyone that the JPX clubs were one of the most worked-upon series in the brand’s history. Mizuno marketed the JPX clubs as top of the line game improvement clubs, which would be a reason for amateurs and higher skilled to be excited about the latest Mizuno club series.

After the initial doubts were cast the club hit the market and immediately gained remarkable amounts of praise. The Mizuno JPX series is a near perfect combination of forgiveness and workability. Not only does it perform strongly on the course, but off the links it looks great as well. There is no doubt that Mizuno took a big leap of faith abandoning the popular MX models, but once the public was able to discover what they had worked up with the JPX series all questions were eliminated. Mizuno deserves a lot of credit for what they have to offer with these JPX clubs. This series, without question, will be in the bags of many golfing enthusiasts around the world for years to come.
