The event is now sponsored by Wells Fargo, which purchased Wachovia in 2008. Wells Fargo’s sponsorship of the tournament has just been renewed to 2019. The current purse is set at $6.9 million with the champion walking away with $1.2 million and 500 Fed Ex Cup Points.
